控制系统特点:
根据生产工艺特点, 大型油厂中预处理、浸出、精炼等生产工艺,采用计算机控制系统,并附设工艺流程模拟屏,可以直观的显示各种电机的运行状况;
控制系统采用西门子S7LC和工业控制计算机,组成中小型集散控制系统,计算机设计采用西门子WINCC组态编程软件,具有良好的人机界面和操作性能;
工控机作为上位监控计算机,可以完成工艺参数的设定,过程参数及状态显示,实时和历史曲线显示,故障报警,故障复位及报告输出等功能。
在油脂生产过程中,可以实现对整个系统,每个工段的自动控制,从原料、油品计量、过程管理和记录、到罐区液位数据监控、温度信息监控及地磅数据。预处理预榨、浸出、精炼和分提等各个车间都可以通过对温度控制和数字化的温度设定以及温度变化曲线设定,受控参数报警范围的设定及报警时间记录;对压力(真空度)控制和数字化压力(真空度)设定,受控参数报警范围的设定及报警时间记录;对液位、物位控制和数字化液位、物位设定;对流量监控和数字化流量设定;对电机电流和其他参数测量及实时显示;独立的危险气体浓度报警及排风输出。
自动化控制应用在精炼分提车间,通过控制室内的电脑终端可以控制整个车间的生产,可以监控到每台设备的运行状态,整个车间可由人操作完成,生产管理效。强化生产科学管理、减少了人工操作的盲目性、降低了生产成本,同时也为管理人员对企业生产全面了解和掌控提供针对性的数据和方法,提管理效率。
Automatic Control System
Our company has applied the automatic control system with advancedness, security, reliability into the pretreatment, extraction, refining and fractionation in large oil plants.
Control system features:
According to production technical features, the pretreatment, extraction, refining processes in large oil plants adopts computer control system. The system is also equipped with technical process simulation screen, which can directly show the running state of all motors.
The control system uses Siemens S7LC and industrial control computer to constitute the small and medium distributed control system. The computer is designed with Siemens WINCC configuration programming software, with excellent human-computer interface and operational features.
As the upper monitor computer, industrial personal computer has many functions, such as the setup of technical parameters, procedure parameters and condition display, real-time and historical curve display, fault alarm, fault resetting, report output etc.
During oil production process, the whole system and very process can be automatically controlled, from raw materials, oil measurement, process management and record, tank liquid level data monitoring, temperature information monitoring, and wagon balance data. For the pretreatment prepressing, extraction, refining and fractionation plants, the temperature can be controlled by setting digital temperature and temperature variation curve.
For its application in automatic control system, it can control the production in the entire workshop and monitor the operational status of each device by controlling the computer terminals in the room. One person only can operate the entire workshop, with efficient production management. It has reduced the production cost greatly and improved the management efficiency.
